The Chris Dawson Foundation will assist not-for-profit organizations (and thus the clients they serve) by providing them with resources to better effectively accomplish their goals.

One of the ways that The Chris Dawson Foundation will accomplish this is through the development and creation of The Chris Dawson Centre, a single building in Sarnia, Ontario offering not-for-profit organizations economical office space and consolidated resources.

Built in the hometown of the late Chris Dawson, The Chris Dawson Centre will offer organizations innovative ways to reduce overhead expenses, instead using funds on services to change people's lives in Sarnia and area. Some of the many shared resources in this single structure will include boardroom (complete with the latest in multimedia technology), meeting rooms, kitchen, printers, telephone lines, photocopying machines, fax machines, and reception area. 

The Chris Dawson Foundation's five-year goal is raise $2 million dollars, and reduce baserents by approximately 50% for all charitable not-for-profit tenants.
