Chris was a smiling, energetic, positive young gentleman. He lived life to the fullest every day, loved his family and regularly gave of his time to help others. Although not all of his dreams could be fulfilled before a tragic accident in July 2006, his desire to improve lives will forever live on through The Chris Dawson Foundation.

Remembering Chris ....

  • Chris was always smiling, upbeat, and laughed often!  Chris embraced each day - his presence a blessing.  Chris saw the cup half full, rather than half empty.
  • Chris loved his family - he admired his Mom and Dad.  Being the second of four brothers, he looked to Rob for guidance, and he provided for Darren and Scott - a role-model to live by.
  • Chris played to win - when playing hockey he wanted to score the goal and he wanted to win as a team.  When playing games/cards he wanted to win.  When fishing at the cottage, he wanted to catch the first fish.  Chris was a strong athlete, he played 100%, and gave all the effort and energy needed to win.
  • Chris was a cute and happy baby.  He was adventurous as a toddler and charming with his long eyelashes.  He grew to become a good-looking, caring and confident young man.
  • Chris had great personal skills and aimed to please.  He had a talent for working with people, showed respect and was always polite.
